For those in the UK or Australia, you may have noticed the buzz around a book called Create: At Home with Old & New by writer & creative director, Ali Heath. The expression labour of love springs to mind when leafing through its tactile pages. Delving further into Ali’s considered words, layers of meticulous research, astute observation and profoundly personal conversations are revealed.

We saw first hand how much Ali gave to this project. We were lucky enough to work with her on A Future Legacy which is the final home story of the book and dives deeply into Matthew Cox’s approach to life and work. The three chapters of the book– establishing your style, developing your eye and inspiring your journey aim to enable rather than instruct, opening eyes and minds rather than pronouncing a design for living. A number of creatives both British and international offered homes and hearts to Ali and as a result her work manages to be richly varied, gently provocative and wholly soulful.
