How to commission a made to measure piece from us.
If you'd like samples first, please order from our finish library.
1. You enquire via the website, email, or phone. We aim to acknowledge all enquiries within one working day.
2. We establish the preferred design, dimensions, material and finish with you.
3. We request contact information and finer details, including access issues, intended use, climate and the required level of protection.
4. We send you a quote and current lead time.
5. Shipping quotes may be sourced at this stage.
6. You confirm the order, and we send an invoice.
7. We send a drawing and sample and your order is provisionally booked into our workshop schedule.
8. On receipt of drawing/sample approvals and full payment, we confirm your estimated completion date.
9. We book your slot and brief the workshop
10. Towards the end of production, we re-confirm delivery details.
11. We email a care guide along with a photograph (typically only for furniture) prior to final delivery.
12. After delivery, we provide support through our aftercare programme RE-ME. We can help with the care, repair, restoration, and resale of our furniture and lighting . Ultimately, we offer to take back any item for recycling or reclamation.

We make each piece with particular spaces, people and purposes in mind.
To keep everything as simple as possible we ask all our questions up-front. Only when everything is sorted (drawings, samples and payment) do we brief our workshop.
We draw every piece and send a sample to confirm your chosen finish before starting work.
We quality check at every stage, and we follow up with a final photograph (if relevant) and a care guide before we deliver anything. How we work is every bit as important to us as what we make, so we hope you enjoy the process!
