In celebration of B Corp Month, we are partnering with COAT Paints, a fellow British B Corp company, on a collection of lighting hand-painted in colours drawn from a palette of earth, sea and sky. Just like our furniture and lighting, COAT Paints are made to endure materially and aesthetically.
A large and serene, hand blown glass and painted brass wall light.
The loupe light complements and punctuates the architecture of indoor and outdoor spaces, adding a confident but simple element that leaves the design direction open. Clear or white glass is available.
The current lead time for a loupe light is 10 weeks from receipt of full payment and confirmation of options.
All loupe light components are custom-made in England for us, then assembled and painted in our Stamford workshop.
The loupe lights in this collection are hand-painted in COAT Paints colours– shades drawn from earth, sea and sky.
Images of the painted loupe light are available as a zip file below.

We are often inspired by centuries-old antique pieces and we do our best to ensure our lighting will in turn last 100 years. Yes, they may need sympathetic repairs or restoration but as a company, we intend to support that repair, restoration, re-purposing and resale of our products for generations to come.

A hand-painted finish can be a more modern, playful or utilitarian option, and the white painted interior works to reflect the light.
The loupe light gives a bright ambient light when the bulb is turned up, and a slightly warmer accent light when dimmed. This light is perfect for guiding you when all other light sources are off.
